✿ TOS ✿

By commissioning me you agree to my terms of service

  • You are to provide Character References which also include color. If you do not have a Character Sheet with color you are to find color references for your model.

  • I am able to reject orders if they are to complex for me to draw

  • The completion time can take approximately 1-2 months or even 4 weeks depending on the complexity of the model and/or if i am busy with school or with my life

  • Communication will be communicated with the client all throughout the art process from sketch, colors, adjustments, etc.

  • all payments will be through paypal

  • Credits MUST be given to me, Ninizine, as the artist

  • partial payment must be paid BEFORE I start the commission. The rest should be paid once the commission is completed.

  • IF you decide not to go through with my commission after commissioning me and i started you will only get 85% of your money back

  • Refunds can be denied if i am almost finished the commission

  • if you are confused about the TOS feel free to contact me

  • weekly deadlines do not work with me! If you want to commission me i do NOT do deadlines

  • As the artist i retain ALL rights to your model such as Artist Copyrights therefore i have the right to post your model/Stream the art process of making your model.

  • You can ask me not to stream your model or post your model UNTIL you make your debut or a public announcement about it.

  • Before commissioning me please provide your paypal info

  • If no communication between the client is made i will be issuing a partial refund

  • Additional revisions will be charged a extra $10

  • make sure to let me know before you commission me what you would like for your model (humanoid furry, wings, ear, tail, horns, pets, accessories, etc)

  • Reselling the model is Not accepted unless you communicate with me

  • If there is any issues with the model have your rigger contact me and we can discuss it

  • Since i am a beginner model artist please bare with me and be patient.

  • If you have commercial rights to your model I do not allow you to sell your model more than what you bought it for.
